Strategic Planning Meeting with Task Force Chairs, February 11, 2013

Chairs and co-chairs of 12 Strategic Plan Task Forces met to share emerging recommendations and common themes for the 10 Strategic Initiatives. The work reflects conversations among more than 270 task force members.

IUPUI 2025: A Strategic Planning Town Hall on Staff Talent, February 1, 2013

In coordination with IUPUI’s strategic planning initiative, a town hall meeting has been scheduled for all staff at IUPUI on February 1, 2013, from noon to 1:30, in CE 450A The town hall is to discuss best practices and future trends related to staff development and IUPUI’s ability to find, retain, and develop its staff talent.

Strategic Plan Retreat, September 26, 2012

The kickoff to the planning engaged the IUPUI Strategic Planning Committees with Dr. Brent Ruben, of Rutgers, who is advising and coaching IUPUI in this process. The result was an extensive discussion and brainstorming regarding IUPUI's vision and goals for the next 10 years and beyond, as well as an analysis of our assets and challenges, and a review of next steps.
